Thirty days from receipt, in any condition, opened or unopened.
30 days from the day it arrives
If you are not fully satisfied, you have 30 days from receiving your order to ask for a refund. It does not matter what condition the item is in: opened or unopened, used or unused.
How to ask
The fastest way is the refund request form. You can also email [email protected]. Give us the email address used for the order and, if you have it, the order number.
How you get the money back
Approved refunds go back to the card or bank account you paid with. It usually shows on your statement within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank, and some banks take up to 7 days. If you have checked with your card company and bank and still do not see it, contact us.
Regular prices and sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; items sold as clearance or final sale cannot be. Every price in this shop is our regular price. A “Compare at” figure is a comparison with other retailers, not a sale, so it does not affect your right to a refund.
Return shipping
You pay the cost of sending an item back. Shipping costs are not refundable, and the cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund. See the return & cancellation policy for the full steps.
